A statement from the collective
On 16-06-2026, we were notified of the permanent deletion of the OBJECT:PARADISE YouTube channel. In a single, automated sweep, our archive of the Prague underground's history, poetics, and experimental film was erased. Furthermore, we have been explicitly prohibited from creating any future channels.
Under the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA), platforms of this scale are legally required to provide transparent moderation, clear justifications, and access to actual human review when a digital livelihood or archive is destroyed. However, even after consultation with agencies operating under the DSA, we have been unable to reach any human response from YouTube.
But as frustrating as this news is, it didn't surprise us.
In fact, it is the exact reason we formed the OBJECT:PARADISE collective in the first place — to curate and create collective agency in the celebration of public art. Today's platforms steal this agency from us through their algorithmic biases and automated content control, which directly conflicts with our Manifesto. So we decided to take the L and to do something with it.
We have completely redesigned the OBJECT:PARADISE Archive with four objectives in mind:
And, perhaps most importantly, to keep it free, algorithmically independent, and weird.
In 08-2026, we launched the beta version of the site to select users. The official launch is on 31-10-2026 at The Prague Microfestival, Kampus Hybernská, doors at 18:00.
Thanks for all the support.

Something a bit relevant to Solidarity, so we're sticking with the misery, if you don't mind. I'm actually just here to introduce my paintings, which are outside, in the courtyard. So if you look at this wall, you'll see six paintings, collages, which are all related to the Solidarity. I did them for this show, and the series is called "I'm Not a Fan". Yeah, which is about the funniest thing you're gonna get from me today. But if you read the stuff, it's all pretty good, even if I say so myself.
That's my latest stuff, so I'm always in love with my latest things, so they are the last few things I did. Anyway, this is from a book that's just been released of Prague poets, that usually read in the cafe suturain, or the bar suturain, hence the name "Suturainians". Joe, who's about to do a performance, is also in this book. We have a couple of illustrations in there too, and I'll get to it. Yeah, but please look outside. There is a light on the picture, so you can see it's not too dark to read.
And if you're out there, and it starts raining, tell me, because they're all on paper, and I can move it out of the rain. So, this one's called "The Royal We, The Plebeian Eye", voice one. Remember when we rained on Queen Elizabeth, then we laid a coat on the floor, so we wouldn't get our feet wet? Remember when we wrote "All You Need Is Love", and then we all watched us on TV? Remember when we won and lost the Second World War? Remember when we shot ourselves in Dallas, and we bled to death in our car, in our arms?
Remember when we made up a myth about our origins, and we lapped up every word? Then we sussed ourselves out, and kept quiet about it, so we wouldn't hurt our feelings? Remember when we voted for a cartoon villain, and we became President of the US? And remember when we burned the Amazon, and blamed ourselves, and punished no one? And the book we wrote about being one with everything, and if it can be named, then that is not the answer. But we wrote a thousand books about that book, remember? Remember when we read us our rights, and we had to stop murdering and raping ourselves,
for 100 consecutive life sentences, but we carried on anyway? Remember when we painted that scene of us on the grass, having breakfast, and we bought the painting for our gallery, so we could look at what we owned? Remember when we arrested us for trying to enter a football stadium to watch a football game, and we went home proud, and then we set fire to ourselves? Remember when we went to space, and we could see us all on a big round ball, and we thought the best thing was that our food and pens could float? Do you remember all that? Voice two.
I remember reading something about the things you mentioned. Early mornings, I had been eating, usually cereal, sometimes toast, or else at school. They made me read about things that happened to other people. I'm sorry I don't remember any of it directly. You must have mistaken me for someone a lot more important. I just don't get around that much. I remember my parents fucked me up. I remember a girl broke my heart. I remember a broken knee. I remember a bad education. I remember they beat me. I remember my best day. I remember my worst.
I remember every mountain I ever made, every wheelie, and every endo. And I remember I snowed for 40 days, and I remember I rained for 40 more. And I remember I shone till the planet cracked. Then I slept, and I awoke, and I remembered my nightmare. And you were there. There was you, and there was me. But there was never any we, Kemo Sabe. There was never any we. [APPLAUSE]
Thank you.
