OBJECT:PARADISE started in the cellar of a hostel on Krymská in 2018 and hasn't really stopped since — VHS films, records, a magazine we staple together by hand, and now an archive we host ourselves so nobody can take it down again. It's carried us to seven events across four countries, screenings from Berlin to Košice to Mexico City, and a directory of poets that keeps growing.
None of that is booked from a desk somewhere. We're a community-based collective — we live and work together, the people in these listings are the people we cook with, argue with, and split rent with, and every curation comes out of that closeness. The Manifesto we wrote in Žižkov in 2020 is still the only brief: take the spotlight off the poet, put it on whatever the room does with the moment.
In June 2026, YouTube deleted the channel holding eight years of this footage and barred us from opening another. The archive lives on O:P:TV now.
